tech trendscouting toolkit - Augsut 2019



The toolkit that gathers and describes best practices for tech trendscouting approaches to support entrepreneurship and digital social innovation in Africa. As a joint collaboration between GIZ, WSA, and Konnektiv with support of the Global Innovation Gathering network, the focus of this toolkit is offering tangible step-by-step guidelines, peer knowledge, and further resources.

The Tech Trendscouting Toolkit: How to become a Tech Trendscout for Digital Innovation with Social Impact in Africa was workshoped and made its debut at re:publica Accra 2018 during the session: Tech Trendscouting! How to identify the right social digital innovations.

The crazy toad Manifesto is a collective work, led by Thanh Nghiem and Cedric Villani. In April 2017, 34 people from 22 to to 79 years old, mixing skills, personalities and cultures, spent a week together South of France, to start the basics of a Manifesto. It is a book and a philosophy, outlining the challenges faced in our world in transition and offering solutions, through 9 circles and 3 principles: Neurodiversity, Europe, Digital Era, Cultural Diversity, Human Collaboration, Europe, Science, Big Data, and Ethique and Integrity.



Collaborative society, the end of hierarchies? - MAY 2015



Book "Societe Collaborative (Collaborative Society: the End of Hierarchies)" by co-written by 8 Ouishare members under the guidance of Diana Filippova (Rue de L'echiquier, in French): Many innovative organizations have emerged to replace crumbling institutions of the past, but oftentimes, they possess the same hierarchical structures of traditional institutions. Society Collaborative explores a new different way of organizing—the social organization, which is based on cooperation, participation, contribution and collaboration.



International Women’s Day - March 2017



Asmaa Guedira is Womanity’s Be 100 Ragl’s Program Manager. As a Moroccan-French, free(lance) digital nomad, Asmaa creates synergies in the areas of gender, collaborative innovation and social entrepreneurship, between Europe, Brazil, the Middle East and Africa, mainly through writing, speaking, organizing, curating and facilitating conferences, retreats, and workshops.

I wrote and conducted a publication analyzing 12 case studies on collaborative economy projects and society initiatives and green entrepreneurship ones in the Middle East and North Africa Region, for SwitchMed.



MEDIUM: HYPER-Gender - July 2016



I started a series of articles on Medium exploring the Hyper-Gender movement. Hyper-Gender describes a paradigm shift happening in society that is reconstituting gender identity and social interactions: identity fluidity, neo-relationships, going beyond the male / female binary in the economy, and changing the narrative about sexuality. It is time for us to explore new instincts and normalize new frameworks that reflect the dynamism and evolution of our identities.
